Envita Purchasing, Returns, and Refund Policy

At Envita, we are committed to offering high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Our purchasing and returns policy is designed to be clear and fair, ensuring customer satisfaction and governed by the following terms and conditions.
1. Purchasing Process
1.1. Prices and Billing
All prices listed on our online store include VAT.
Prices may be subject to change without prior notice, but the price displayed at the time of purchase will always be honored.
1.2. How to Purchase
Select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart.
Complete the payment process, accepting our terms and conditions and privacy policy before finalizing the transaction.
Accepted payment methods include VISA/MASTERCARD credit/debit cards.

2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the location. Maximum delivery time is 5 business days for the entire Spanish territory.
2.2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be detailed before completing the purchase. The cost is €6 (including VAT) per order.

3. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without needing to provide justification. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending an email to info@envita.es.
Products must be returned in their original condition (the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact) to Calle Pintor Colmeiro, nº 1 entresuelo, oficina 1 – 36211, Vigo (Pontevedra), with the customer covering the shipping costs. Personalized or special-order items are not eligible for withdrawal.
The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from receiving the returned products.
4. Return Policy
4.1. Return Period
You can request a return within a maximum period of 20 calendar days from receiving the product.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Personalized or special-order items are not eligible for return.
4.2. Return Costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors, where we will cover the cost.
4.3. Procedure

Send the product to our address within the specified timeframe.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Process
Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used.
5.2. Conditions
The total amount of the returned product will be refunded, except for the initial shipping costs, which will only be reimbursed in cases of error or defect.
6. Defective Products or Shipping Errors
6.1. Claims
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
6.2. Solutions
We offer replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, as applicable.
7. Product and Service Availability
The products and services offered through Envita’s website are available exclusively for delivery within Spanish territory, including the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands.
For international orders or deliveries outside these areas, customers must contact Envita directly at info@envita.es to assess the feasibility of the shipment and receive details about applicable conditions.
All products available in the online store are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable after purchase, a refund for the amount paid will be processed as soon as possible.
Alternatively, if the customer prefers, they may opt for an equivalent product that Envita proposes as a replacement. Envita will contact the customer via the email provided at the time of purchase to confirm their decision.
8. Conflict Resolution

9. Applicable Language
It is specified that policies, communications, and any disputes will be governed by the Spanish language.

12. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The Envita website, as well as the online store and all its content, are the property of Envita and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.

Design, presentation, and information about products and services
Copying, reproducing, or using any of these elements without prior written consent from Envita is strictly prohibited.
